Our regatta organizers have planned an excellent event with a great mix of information sessions, exciting racing and enjoyable social activities.

March 31, 2012 (Saturday) - Moorage Assistance available 1200 hours to Dusk
Moorage for the event will be provided at no cost. Please contact the Club (604.921.7575) in advance of your arrival with an esitmated time of arrival and size of vessel.
We recommend that boats over fifty feet moor at the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club (604-224-1344).

April 2, 2012 (Monday) - PHRF Rating Changes Reviewed by Phone with Skippers
In the event that BC and Northwest PHRF ratings need to be aligned in any division, Skippers will be informed this evening.

April 3, 2012 (Tuesday) - Opportunity for Redress of Ratings
The WVYC Handicapper will be available via telephone conference with Skippers as necessary.

April 4, 2012 (Wednesday) - Moorage Assistance available 1600 hours to Dusk

April 5, 2012 (Thursday) - Moorage Assistance available 0900 hours to Dusk

April 5, 2012 (Thursday) - Bar open 1100 hours - Lunch Available 1130 hours

April 5, 2012 (Thursday) - Registration Confirmation Desk Opens 1200 hours, Event Clothing on Sale
Skippers must visit the Club today in person to complete their Registration Confirmation. This consists of submitting any outstanding documents, signing your updated Crew List and receiving your Skipper's Package. This is a requiremed in order to get a finish time.
This is also a great time to pick up your souvenir clothing.

A professional weather briefing will be presented followed by Q&A relating to the event.

Beverages compliments of the Organizing Committee and Okanagan Spring will be on tap.

Full buffet breakfast, eggs, sausages, bacon, toast, potatoes, cereal, OJ, Cranberry Juice, tea, coffee.

If the wind cooperates, most sailors will have finished in time to kick back and tell their stories over a Pub "a-la-carte" Dinner and a few beverages.
